Associé Fondateur
Frédéric spent 20 years as Managing Director within technology companies. Passionate about human capital and talent development, he founded Fitch Bennett Partner with his associate Jacques-Louis Soubirous.
As a headhunter for the past 18 years, Fréderic has been involved in the recruitment of executives, CEOs, board members and functional managers for major groups, startups and unicorns. He is active throughout Europe, and also works extensively on behalf of private equity investors.
With his teams in France and abroad, he leads a network of talented men and women, advises them in building their career paths, and assists his clients in organizational transformation, executive committee assessment, executive and high potential coaching.
Associé Fondateur
Jacques-Louis spent 20 years as Human Resources Director in international companies with a high concentration of expertise (LVMH, VIVENDI). Passionate about recruitment and talent development, he founded Fitch Bennett Partners with his partner Frédéric Aymonier.
For the past 15 years, Jacques-Louis has specialized in multi-sector direct approach recruitment consulting for executive profiles and key positions in France and abroad.
In addition to recruitment consulting, Jacques-Louis supports the development of the firm's Career Management and Interim Management divisions.
With his team, he leads a network of talented men and women, advises them on building their career paths, and assists companies in organizational transformation, executive committee assessment, and executive and high-potential coaching.
Partner Associé
Thanks to his experience in national and international groups (FNAC, Lagardère, Bouygues, Palm, Haier, TDF) in subsidiary management, sales and marketing positions, Bruno specializes in talent search for senior and middle management positions for players in the new technologies, retail, luxury and automotive sectors in B2C and B2B environments. He assists managers throughout their professional lives, and helps companies strengthen their expertise in operational and strategic functions (sales, marketing, finance, HR, general management, etc.) to meet their growth and positioning challenges.
Office Manager
A top-level sportswoman, Virginie reconverted to the Health and Wellness sector for 17 years.
After training as a General Management Assistant, she joined the firm in 2018.
Virginie takes on the role of Office Manager with efficiency and enthusiasm.
A true link with the teams, she also manages day-to-day relations between the head office and the international offices.

With more than 25 years of experience in business, recruitment, and coaching, Justine Dalmat brings invaluable expertise to our firm. A graduate of the prestigious École Florent, she began her career as an actress before transitioning to the events sector, where she held several senior sales management positions.
Seven years ago, Justine joined a renowned firm as an expert in Executive Search and Professional Coach, specializing in middle and top management profiles. With her dual expertise, she supports a wide range of executives and leaders in developing their potential, while also assisting them in the search for talent.
Justine Dalmat is committed to guiding her clients with kindness, authenticity, and humility—values that are central to her approach. A certified “Transformance Pro” coach, she enhances Fitch Bennett Partners’ service offering in professional development and personalized coaching.
Partner - Executive Search
In the course of his career, Laurent has worked as an executive in various industries in France, abroad and as an expatriate, acquiring experience that enables him to support organizations of all sizes. This rich career path has given him the opportunity to hold a variety of management positions, including CCO of Alphabet France, Vice President Market Strategy and then Vice President Commercial Excellence at Carlson Wagonlit Travel, Sales and Marketing Director at Eurotunnel/Getlinc, General and Commercial Director of Loc-Action, a subsidiary of LeasePlan, and International Sales Manager at Europcar.
His experience of working within Executive Committees, in complex, international, matrix or functional environments, gives him a perfect understanding of his customers' strategic challenges. As a generalist, he works in all types of industries and on a wide range of Executive Committee and Specialist functions.
Laurent holds a Master's degree in Business Management, a degree from la Sorbonne and a degree in Business Law from ASSAS. A golfer, he is also an avid mountain biker and long-distance traveler, spending his free time with family and friends between Paris, the PACA region and Copenhagen.

Since April 2012, Richard BENTZ has been Human Resources Director in charge of the Support and Administration divisions at Disneyland Paris. As part of his duties, Richard is responsible for steering and implementing the Human Resources strategy for his divisions in the areas of development, training and social policy. He advises and accompanies internal clients in the implementation of strategy. Richard also leads value-creating cross-functional projects that contribute to improving the company's performance, and supports the changes generated by the evolution of our activities.
Before joining the company, Richard began his career as a salesman and then manager in the IT services sector. He then turned to consulting, becoming a partner in a human resources firm. In 2000, he joined the insurer Allianz as Director in charge of Human Resources Development, then as Human Resources Director, for executives and internationally mobile staff. In 2007, he became Head of Human Resources for the Technical/Actuarial and Group Marketing Departments.
Richard is a graduate of the Institut Supérieur de Gestion and holds a Master's degree in Strategic Human Resources Management from HEC.
Partner – Gestion de carrière
Jean-Philippe Ménétret has over 25 years' experience in the new technologies sector as Marketing and Business Unit Director in France and abroad. He is a graduate of ESSEC International General Management, a certified Transition Manager, an RNCP level 1 certified Professional Coach and an MBTI-accredited Practitioner.
A specialist in change management, he now assists managers and executives at all stages of their careers, whether in terms of personal development, career assessment, assessment, career evolution or transition, taking up a new position or setting up a new business. Since its creation, he has also headed the Career Management Department of Fitch Bennett Partners.
Partner - Executive Search
Richard has 32 years' professional experience, 29 of which in the corporate world, mainly in CFO positions covering all support functions, with international scope, in sectors as varied as IT, healthcare, agri-food and interim management.
Richard brings his practical experience of the Finance, HR, Purchasing, Supply Chain and Sales functions, working directly with the Technical and Sales operational functions, as well as with General Managers and Shareholders.
He also has 30 years' experience of outplacement, which he developed through his voluntary activities.
Since 2019, Richard has been putting his operational experience at the service of his clients, leading recruitment and headhunting missions to help French and foreign groups of all sizes and sectors strengthen their teams in France and abroad.
Richard joins FITCH BENNETT Partners as Partner Executive Search and Transition Management.
Richard holds a business school degree, as well as a DECF and project management certification from Centrale Lille.

Pierre-Yves, a Franco-Spanish graduate with a Master's degree in Marketing and an MBA in International Business, has over ten years' successful experience in France and abroad in a variety of business sectors.
After several years with industrial and service companies, Pierre-Yves has been supporting his customers for the past 6 years in their executive recruitment issues.
Since 2018, Pierre-Yves has specialized in the world of consumer goods (FMCG), and more specifically in the following sectors: agrifood, consumer electronics, retail, mass consumption in sales, marketing, production and supply chain positions.

Bernard has over 30 years' experience in companies and renowned firms.
He began his career in international raw materials trading, before moving on to a major logistics group, GEODIS, where he held General Management positions at distribution subsidiaries in France and Europe.
For over 15 years now, Bernard has been working on recruitment issues and assisting companies with Executive Search and Interim Management assignments. (Relay/Transformation).
Bernard operates across all corporate support functions and in key, highly operational positions, relying on his business expertise, a network of experienced executives and managers, and the strong relationships of trust he has built up throughout his career.

A generalist, Alex began his career in Luxembourg, where he stayed for just over three and a half years, before joining Fitch Bennett Partners in Paris.
Over the past 8 years, he has built up his expertise in the industrial sectors (Health Care, Medical Devices, Automotive, Aeronautics, Railways, Agri-food, FMCG, Chemicals, Logistics, etc.) and in Banking & Finance (Risk & Compliance, Private Banking, ALM, Financing, etc.).

International Consultant
Passionate about languages, Pascale started out as a French and German teacher for foreigners in Germany. In 24 years of expatriation across the Rhine, bilingual in German and fluent in English, she has acquired experience as an international Key Account Manager and Area Sales Manager in various B2B sectors: distribution of electronic components, the technical textiles industry and its many R&D applications, and the B2B2C electrosurgical equipment industry.
Product training and employee onboarding were a constant feature of her professional career.
