Passionate about languages, Pascale started out as a French and German teacher for foreigners in Germany. In 24 years of expatriation across the Rhine, bilingual in German and fluent in English, she has acquired experience as an international Key Account Manager and Area Sales Manager in various B2B sectors: distribution of electronic components, the technical textiles industry and its many R&D applications, and the B2B2C electrosurgical equipment industry.
Product training and employee onboarding were a constant feature of her professional career.
After retraining as a Human Resources Manager, she joined Fitch Bennett Partners, to help recruit the best top and middle management talent from a variety of sectors in France and abroad.
